In 2014, Mike received the Young Professional Business Person of the Year award from the Chamber of Grand Forks/East Grand Forks. In 2013 he appeared on Prairie Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40 list of top young business people in the northern Plains. He graduated from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, and minors in computer information systems and political science.
Mike and his wife, Amber, reside in Park River, North Dakota, with their children, Reagan and Andrew. He enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as providing entertainment as a member of the Dakota Dutchmen, a local polka band.
