I am Brashaun Cornelius, Regional Program Manager! I am a graduate of Louisiana State University of Shreveport, with a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Northwestern State University of Louisiana.
With expertise in Program Development and Implementation, Leadership and Networking, Strategic Planning, and Performance Evaluation, I have consistently demonstrated a talent for identifying opportunities, crafting innovative strategies, and executing initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and consistently exceeding performance targets. As a collaborative leader, I excel at fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders, from internal teams to external partners and community organizations.
