William W. Green is a social impact strategist, nonprofit executive, and cross-sector partnership leader with more than 20 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations achieve sustainable growth, strengthen operations, and expand community impact. Recognized for his ability to transform strategy into execution, William brings together corporations, foundations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations to build collaborative solutions that drive measurable results and lasting social change.
Throughout his career, William has led complex initiatives in organizational strategy, community engagement, corporate partnerships, program innovation, and operational excellence. He has directed multimillion-dollar programs and grants, developed high-performing teams, implemented enterprise-wide performance management systems, and created scalable organizational infrastructure that improves efficiency, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
In his current role as Manager of Corporate Partnerships and Engagement at Agape Youth & Family Center, William is leading the organization's corporate engagement strategy, developing strategic partnerships, expanding philanthropic investment, and strengthening community collaborations that support children, families, and older adults throughout Metro Atlanta. He also serves as Director of the Agape Young Professionals Council, cultivating the next generation of philanthropic and civic leaders.
Previously, William played a key leadership role in advancing regional economic mobility initiatives by aligning business support organizations, financial institutions, philanthropy, and community partners to improve capital access for underserved entrepreneurs. His work has focused on strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems, building organizational capacity, and developing collaborative strategies that create equitable economic opportunities.
