Hi! I'm Margaret, one of the Humane Educators at Wayside Waifs! My background of theatre, sociology, and environmental education combine to equip me to do one of my favorite things: teach No More Bullying!
Through No More Bullying, I get to have conversations with students about issues that matter to them and get them thinking about why both animals and people deserve our respect, empathy, and compassion. I couldn't ask for a cooler, more impactful job!
I have two dogs that I adopted from Wayside Waifs. Satchel Paige (named for the baseball player) is as full of love as she is full of sass! Olympia has a beautiful, sweet face that she uses to try to get away with everything she can!
