Dr. Obiageli Chukwuneke, PhD is an Educator, Human Resource Development consultant, and Nonprofit Executive with extensive experience in adult learning, Program design, human capital development, and community leadership. She holds bachelor's degree in English, a master's and Ph.D. in Adult Education, and professional certifications in Grant Writing, Nonprofit Skills Certificate, Advanced Management Development, Mortgage Origination, and Life Insurance. Her career began in ESL instruction and university teaching before she advanced into Manpower Development in banking, serving as Principal Manager for Program Design at UBA Plc and Assistant General Manager at Fidelity Bank, where she led major HR and training initiatives.
She later served as CEO of a management consulting firm, Advisor to Chevron Nigeria, National Vice President of the Women’s Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria, and National Director of the Organization of African Instituted Churches. A Nigerian American of Igbo heritage, she is Executive Director of CARLDI, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is advancing lifelong learning, workforce readiness, and immigrant empowerment. She has published Ageing and Retirement and Creative Performance Appraisal.
