Philip is the Co-founder and CEO of Grantable, a world-class grant writing assistant for any organization, powered by AI. He devised the prototype from 15 years of experience working with grant-funded organizations in the nonprofit sector around the globe.

Michelle Flores Vryn (she/her)

Nonprofit Fundraiser + Consultant

BIOGRAPHY

Michelle Flores Vryn, CFRE, brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and communications, with expertise ranging from major gifts to digital strategies. A proponent of Community-Centered Fundraising and an advocate for BIPOC nonprofit professionals, she actively contributes to the field through leadership roles in Mission Capital, Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Global, and the CCF Texas chapter. Michelle holds a CFRE credential and a master's in Cultural Anthropology. Outside of work, she enjoys walks with her dogs, deep meditation, and Austin's live music scene.

Shawna Mitcheltree, CNP

Senior Director of Operations & Service Development, Alliance for Nonprofit Resources

BIOGRAPHY

Shawna Mitcheltree serves as the Senior Director of Operations & Service Development at Alliance for Nonprofit Resources in Butler, Pennsylvania. She has worked with ANR for the past seven years, where she led organizations through accreditation processes, strategic planning activities, Compliance & Quality Improvement Plan development, contract procurement, grant writing, and licensing. Ms. Mitcheltree co-authored a publication in the peer-reviewed journal, ZERO TO THREE, and has been the featured speaker at Slippery Rock University’s workshop on Fraud, Waste, & Abuse through the Institute for Nonprofit Leadership. She has also delivered presentations to the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s Best Practice Academy, Rehabilitative Community Providers Alliance, Pennsylvania Association for Nonprofits, and The Nonprofit Partnership. She is an alumnus of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Mitcheltree is a graduate of the Butler County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Butler County Program and serves on the Board of Directors for Butler Meals on Wheels.

In her spare time, Ms. Mitcheltree enjoys fishing, snow skiing, watching football, and spending time with her husband, son, and pets.

ALLISON QUINTANILLA PLATTSMIER, ED.D., DBA, CFRE, ACNP (SHE/HER)

BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Allison Quintanilla Plattsmier has over twelve years of experience in the nonprofit sector and has raised approximately $5 million collectively for over 75 organizations. She is currently the Executive Director of ENP and runs her own nonprofit consulting firm, AQP Consulting. A Nashville native, she has watched Nashville’s transition from a quaint city with a small-town vibe to the “it" city. She has been at the forefront of issues such as the affordable housing crisis, the transit referendum, and the city's urban planning and infrastructure design through the creation of Nashville’s first art park, William Edmondson Park. A sought-after DEI practitioner, she is a vocal advocate for gender parity, closing the wage gap, and ending the motherhood penalty. With accolades such as Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30, NBJ’s 40 Under 40, Diversity MBA’s Top 100 Under 50 Executive Leaders, and the National Association of Female Executives’ 2019 Rising Star, Dr. Quintanilla Plattsmier is a true emerging leader in the Middle Tennessee community.

I earned my CNP thanks to my participation in American Express Leadership Academy in 2020. My educational background is a BA Degree in Communications and an MBA in Marketing. In addition, I've worked for the last 15+ years in elevating and promoting the work of non-profits throughout New York City and Puerto Rico. I've also organized fundraising galas for non-profits.

BIOGRAPHY

Tim Sarrantonio is an internationally renowned speaker on generosity, technology, and the trends in the social good sector. After helping various causes raise over $3 million, he then moved into providing support for thousands of nonprofits through his work at Neon One. He has spoken at AFPICON, NTC, TEDx, and holds a Certificate in Philanthropic Psychology from the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy. He lives in Niskayuna with his lovely wife, three lovely daughters, and a deep love of the Adirondacks.
