Building Exceptional Relationships

This webinar is based on the book, “Building Exceptional Relationships with Family Friends and Colleagues, which is in turn based on a course taught by Carole Robin, Ph.D. at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. The course, Interpersonal Dynamics, affectionately called “Touchy Feely” by students, was the most popular and oversubscribed to elective course. For many decades, students described the course as transformative and often say it alone was worth the price of tuition. The premise of the course and the book is that being interpersonally competent is a determinant of both professional and personal success.
